Hear what head teachers, teachers and parents are saying about Stuck on homework.

We developed Stuck on homework with help and feedback from schools and parents. These testimonials are from education professionals and parents who believe Stuck on homework is a unique and valuable online homework support tool.

What teachers are saying about MathsHub

“Students of 15 or 16 won’t continually raise their hands in front of their peer group, they’d rather stay ignorant so Stuck on homework which allows them to go over information as many times as they need, 20, 30 times, whatever they need can only help”

Ellen Cook, Head of Dept, Bedminster Down School, Bristol

“Stuck on homework doesn’t just have to be used for homework it could be a very useful tool for students to be able to revise for their GCSE”

“Parents often ask me how they can help their parents with homework, this site is absolutely brilliant for this.”

Jenny Milner, Maths Teacher, Downend School, Bristol

“I love your DVDROM of video lessons, a really great product!  We have already started promoting it to our parents! “

Sukhdev Ajimal, Head of Maths

“The truth of it is that boys and girls often forget and in mathematics if you forget a key principle it often makes it impossible to complete questions and what provides is a way for boys and girls to keep reminding themselves and revising key concepts”

Peter Fraser, Head Teacher, Colston’s School, Bristol

What parents are saying about MathsHub

“I think Stuck on homework maths for GCSE students is a fantastic resource I think as a parent I always want to help my kids as much as possible but the difficulty I have is that it was so long ago I can’t remember half of it. So as a parent I would find it enormously useful to be able to get online and to find out the info I need to find out in order to help them with GCSE maths.”

Richard Hughes, Parent of Year 11 GCSE pupil.

“Stuck on homework is one to one tuition at an affordable price”

“I now know that if my son has missed a lesson or doesn’t understand a lesson he can now come home and he can access Stuck on homework and catch up on what he’s missed or go over what he didn’t understand”

“What I like about Stuck on homework is that it gives a child confidence.”

Caroline Wallace, Parent of Year 11 GCSE pupil.

“We cannot thank you enough for all the help you have given our son with his maths. He has always done very well in maths at school , but your site gave him much needed confidence, allowing him to realise that he knew a lot of the work but for the bits he didn’t know, he could learn from Rebecca’s clear and concise teaching method. We have already recommended you to lots of our friends. Thank you.”

Liz Robinson, Sheffield

“We have subscribed to Stuck on homework for two years while my son have been doing his GCSE’s. The support and confidence this has given him with his maths has been immeasurable. It is a fantastic tool to help students revise or learn a topic they are not sure about at a pace that suits them, delivered in a way that teenagers accept!

I would highly recommend Stuck on homework for any GCSE maths student, we were at the point of getting my son a tutor but he was not comfortable with this, I then found stuck on homework by chance. We have felt that he has had his own tutor at home – the benefit was she’s been here whenever we needed her not just once a week!”

Helen Ferguson, Parent
