Teresa Watts – Managing Director
Teresa started her TV career as a junior secretary in BBC Radio 4 and then spent the next 17 years working in many production management roles across series such as Eastenders, Casualty, On The Record, Grange Hill and The Really Wild Show. She spent 12 years working in the BBC Natural History Unit, responsible for their Children’s series and Wildvision, the commercial arm of the unit.
In 2001, she become Head of Production for Granada Bristol. This production unit specialised in factual programming, producing between 80-100 hours of history, science, wildlife and popular factual documentaries per year. Teresa ran this production unit for 7 years until its closure in 2007 after which she helped launch new UK digital TV channel, Horse & Country, as head of content, followed by a second channel in 2009.
Teresa Watts lives on the banks of the River Severn with her husband, Dave, and their three Gordon Setters.

Helen Royle – Creative Director
Helen lives in Bristol with her two teenagers. She did a law degree at Southampton University before deciding that television was her career of choice.
Helen started her career as a finance assistant in the BBC Natural History Unit before becoming a documentary researcher. She left the BBC to work as a freelance director in London on Bazal Productions’ Food & Drink, followed by The Clothes Show, 999 and Holiday Swap, amongst other series. She returned to the BBC as a series producer in Wildvision, the commercial arm of the BBC’s Natural History unit, before becoming an executive producer and Head of Development working mainly with major US broadcasters including Discovery Networks.
She then joined Granada Bristol as Head of Popular Factual and Development, exec’ing series such as For One Night Only (ITV), Men In Tights (ITV), Poor Little Rich Girls (ITV) and Too Scared for School (ITV). Helen has since been Head of Development, Features and Formats, at the BBC.

Technical Consultant, Dave Blackham
Dave is a technical consultant who works in film, television and increasingly online technologies. Having spent many years at the BBC, ITV and independent companies he now runs his own company, Esprit Film and Television Limited, which provides consultancy, location equipment and specialist facility builds worldwide. Clients have included: BBC, Off The Fence, Bath Spa University, H&C and ITV Creative.
Dave applies new technology in a practical and efficient way to solve production problems, maximising budget resulting in must watch content. His background was originally in Audio, which remains his craft skill, he also specialises in production and online workflow, digital imaging including 3D and extreme environment technology.
